8. It is funny that you say the Berkeley City Council is sometimes whacky

I grew up in Berkeley. When I was a teen, in the late 60's, my dad & I used to go to City Council meetings for high entertainment! Especially to see the action between the two Council members, John DeBonis (Republican right wing crazy), and young Ron Dellums (future Democratic Congressman). Those were the days!
