If fraud is proven in Ohio, |
|
what are the rules concerning someone who has gained from fraud? Doesn't that negate whatever they have gained? So if Bush won by fraud, he can't profit from it...right? If so, the Republican party can't take the election..it would go to the one who won honestly.
All right you legal eagles, what is wrong with my reasoning besides sentence construction.

2. From what I understand |
|
if bush is inaugurated, and it is never proven that he was involved, he stays president. If he is implicated in the fraud, it goes down the chain of right wing command until they find someone who wasn't involved.

There's no way any one of us would let him stay in office if a court overturns the results. And please, like he didn't know.... come on, he's not the honest Christian boy he tends to portray himself as.
