A forensic examination of the machines in OHIO is a must at this point
Can someone tell me their understanding of the strategy behind the OHIO recount?

What is going to be accomplished AFTER IS DONE?

Nothing really amazing came from the "official results" as of today so, what's your take?

Thanks!

find big discrepancies. So far no big ones were found.

What's next? "Forensic examination" would only be possible if it was ordered by a court. Any court cases leaning this way out there?

2. Absolutely!
And we have legal proof in an Affidavit that the 3% recounts have been technologically rigged in clear violation of the law. The proof is at Truthout http://www.truthout.org/docs_04/121604Z.shtml

Because the recount was thus highjacked, in itself it will accomplish nothing and once again falsely affirm Bush as the winner. But by pushing the matter to a point where the fraud was exposed, we better understand who rigged Ohio and how and have a basis for further action.

4. Where is the legal proof?
I read an affidavit that states she was not sure what was going on, but I do not see any proof here. She even states that she has had nothing but good to say about this company until this incident and she is only reporting it to make sure that nothing happened. So where is the legal proof. The only thing her is a basis for suspicion and investigation which is in process.

And by the way there are campaign contribution limitations so he could not have contributed hundreds of thousand to the election campaign. I think the limit is 2,000.

Lets be credible and report accurately.

3. I'm concerned about this
One little hang up: posted on another thread.

I mostly concerned with how to we get this information when Diebold, Triad, Es&S Any DRE company has contracts with it's clients proprietary contracts to protect their trade secrets, which prohibit inspections of voting machines by outsiders. So far in our legal agenda's no court has ever issued us the rights to inspect voting machines, or even required paper trails so recounts are possible.

Now we'll see what this latest law suit manages to uncover, or attain the independent investigation.

6. Thru the Discovery Process
If Arnebeck's case can hold, and NOT be dismissed, they have plans for EXTENSIVE Discovery filings, and whatever Proprietary Software claims which "exist" would be irrelevant to the Discovery Filings
Their Discovery plans do include impounding the equipment and also
the Dems' Lawyers, McTigue and his partner, have included that issue in their friend of plantiff filing
