It may appear that he will just keep getting away with it all, and that may be our last public perception of him. He may just slip into a fat retirement and get old and mummified like his daddy, continuing his good works with the Saudi royal family (sarcasm, you bet).

With seniors' organizations lining up to battle him on Social Security, and groups like the National Retail Association ready to marshall its members and affiliates if he decides to be foolhardy enough to push John Linder's "national sales tax," I'm guessing Bush-Cheney II will primarily be about lack of accomplishment, fierce opposition to his "mandate," and rat after rat fleeing the sinking ship.

I don't think Bush will reap the full value of his Karma rewards during his presidency. Look at Richard Nixon...who, despite it all, accomplished FAR more than Bush will even ATTEMPT...most of his Karma came behind closed doors after he stepped out of the spotlight. I think the same will hold true for Junior.
