2. You thought what was rejected??
New Mexico has the strongest case that Kerry was clear winner; but Ohio is good possibility also.
There is a money question in New Mexico, but Greens say they expect recount. Have you heard something I haven't.
I think Kerry will be declared winner in N. M. irregardless of recount due to fraud investigation.

6. from RH Phillips; confirmation of pattern; also in Texas, etc.
Yes, I think the default theory is powerful. It completely explains how voters could press Kerry and have Bush come up on the screen. I was told today that it has been confirmed that this was done in Texas. And I verified online that the ES&S administrative password by default is 1111, and cannot be modified easily.

19. Analysts from N. Mexico have lots of documentation of machine fraud
The analysts looking into New Mexico have done a very good job and documented lots of vote machine fraud and systematic voter suppression of minority Indians and Hispanics, in the poorest counties. Its clear that Kerry won N.Mex. and the fraud and fact Kerry won would be disclosed if they do a serious recount in N. Mex.
The case is summarized here, see the EIRS cases and other documentation.

7. Voter suppression of minorities in N.M. & machine fraud were flagrant
http://www.helpamericarecount.org/NewMexicoData/NewMexicoGeneralElection.pdf
This is backed up by lots of EIRS cases and solid analysis. Its clear New Mexico was stolen in a flagrant and obvious manner after looking at the documentation. And that Kerry won New Mexico.
But it has also been shown that the same type of manipulations occurred in other states such as Ohio and Florida, etc. And it appears Kerry may have won several more states when the machine manipulation there is more closely investigated.

16. It is so important to show America that there is fraud
If it is easier in New Mexico than Ohio, it needs to be pursued by all means. We have to wake America up to what is happening with these electronic voting machines, and we won't get a fair election until we get them eliminated or made accountable.

It's bigger than this election--we have to prove it and get MSM coverage well before the 2006 race.

9. Does anyone know more on status of recount?
But not sure its necessary. I think if fraud can be proven, and it can
the results can be overturned by suit, as in Arnebeck's Ohio suit.

10. And I think proof of systematic suppression of minorities can do likewise
Anyone confirm this? That's what I heard regarding Ohio.

11. I am not certain, but yes I think this is right
$ should go toward fraud analysis and not recounts, IMO.

13. Main stream media still ignores this issue..
Can someone please explain to me how it is possible that the mainstream media has not reported on this issue other than small buried tinfoil hat stuff? If you do a google or yahoo search on clint curtis.. the programmer that supposedly was hired to build a voting machine hacking program you get nothing.. nothing...!!!! I find this amazing!!!!!Didn't Clint Curtis testify before a congressional or GAO committee?? Shouldn't that be News? These are strange times indeed.

14. Bradblog broke the Curtis story
www.bradblog.com has a new post about alot of the press that has been given to the Curtis story, but no mainstream press. We do know that Newsweek, NYT, and others are looking into it, but everyone is afraid of another Rathergate. It is really sad, this could be bigger than Watergate, and bring down a lot more corrupt people, if only the press would investigate.
