James Konkoly? reporter from the "Coshocton Tribune". Help!

As you may know or not, I live in Portland, Oregon.

Anyways, I've tried to find the reporter that wrote the piece in "The Coshocton Tribune" noting a discrepancy of 1.087 votes between the "official" count of November 2nd and the numbers of Saturday December 18, 2004.

His name is James Konkoly (sp)?

I can't find this person and I would like to know who lives in OHIO and can call that paper and find some contact information for that reporter.

I would suggest that you need to be very polite when you are in the phone with them.

You are just a concerned reader that noticed the difference between both numbers and you want to find out what happened.
