It seems pretty obvious to me, Hagel is being portrayed as the "outsider" within the Republican Party, because so many republicans are fed up with the Bush regime.

Just today Hagel was blasting Rumsfeld for not signing the death notices to families of killed soldiers in Iraq:

To satisfy all the discontent in the Repub party, they'll need a candidate that is speaking out against Bush. And they need a candidate that is involved in the election fraud, because they know they can't win it in a fair election.

put 2 and 2 together. plans are already underway for Hagel in '08. Just watch. And clearly Rove is behind it all.

Unless Rove and/or Hagel are implicated in the election fraud investigation.

5. Hagel is attempting to get attention away from ESS

and other election fraud and trying to put attention toward the obvious. I think it an attempt to make the companies seem non partisan. We won't be fooled: Rumsfeld must go! Equal Protection for voters! Perpetrators of Fraud must go to prison!
