Contest The Votes has met with Senator Boxer and her staff. They have a shot at getting her to agree to contest the certification. But they need you to do a couple things to make that happen. Go to www.ContestTheVote.org and sign the petition that is being sent to Senator Boxer. It is crucial that we get many more signatures on this petition.

Like most of you, this is my first experience as an activist and I am learning as I go. FYI, my son informs me that in spite of its convenience, electronic petitions/mail campaigns aren't as effective as the old fashion written method. In particular, use of web-based free email addresses (e.g. hotmail, gmail, yahoo, etc), because they are easily used by hackers to generate lots of "fictitious" messages, have the least impact on petitions/emails. So for electronic actions, use a "real" email address whenever possible.

First the action items.

The need for a full hearing of the House Judiciary Committee Democrats regarding the myriad "irregularities" in Ohio bears repeating. Conyers has asked for one million emails demanding a full hearing. Take action, demand a full hearing, pass it on.

The next action priority focuses on the Congressional ratification of the Electoral College vote on January 6. If one Representative of the House and one Senator contest the vote of the Electoral College, it will bar "automatic" approval of the vote. We have a Representative willing to contest, so the focus is on getting a Senator to contest the vote. The following link regards this issue. Sen. Boxer is being targeted, but I urge you to contact as many Democratic members of Congress as possible. They owe it to us, and to the country they claim to represent. They owe it to us for their cowardice in the 2000 election, and for their poor performance in the 4 years since then. Tell them that if they don't show some courage and start standing up to the extremists, we will have no reason to vote for them, and they might as well quit. It would mean that representative government is dead in this country and we are right back where we started in1773. You know what happened then.

I reported earlier about Clint Curtis blowing the whistle on a Florida Republican Congressman who, in 2000, had him build rigged voting software prototype, as referenced by Wayne Madsen. Madsen's conspiracy story is still shy on evidence that would cause it to be taken seriously, but Curtis' story looks very much like the real deal. Curtis testified before Conyer's hearing and was later interviewed by the FBI. His ("rediscovered") story and a new affidavit was broken by The Brad Blog. Links follow:

I understand that most of you cannot spend the enormous amount of time I have to dig into these matters. It is unfortunate that so many people (including relatives on both sides of my family) consider my efforts as evidence I've "gone around the bend". Now, many of these people consider themselves intelligent, well informed and would never condone massive vote fraud; but can't even take the time to read the information I've dug up and served them on a platter. The information is compelling, so I know they haven't read it or they would be questioning what happened and not my state-of-mind. In spite of the fact that I am not given to flights of fancy, am grounded in science and fact-based reality and am smarter than your average bear, it is more comfortable for them believe that what has happened is "business as usual", and that all aberrations in our nation are self-correcting. Those that don't learn from history are doomed to repeat it, and the failure of so many to understand that the global tragedy that grew from very similar activities in Germany can happen here! The USA has no natural immunity to the same machinations that befell Germany.

Please help me save our country. Open your mind, help others to open theirs.
