2. Never could figure out if tampering took place why they
picked a county with 13,500 votes total and tampered with it such that Bush went from 51.6% 2000 to 51.4% 2004 margin of victory. color me skeptical I guess.

3. no word on the 'cheat sheet' advise this tech gave?
I knew the viable innocent explanation for the machine work. Not necessarily the true explanation.

But why is he instructing the elections officials on how to cheat on the count without being detected?

4. So they wouldn't have to go the the whole
ballot by ballot hand recount for the entire county would be my guess
