NEW YORK - The top Democrat on the House Judiciary Committee (news - web sites) has asked The Associated Press and five broadcast networks to turn over raw exit poll data collected on Election Day so that any discrepancies between the data and the certified election results can be investigated.
Rep. John Conyers (news, bio, voting record) Jr. of Michigan said in a letter released Tuesday in Washington that the polling firms that conducted the polls on behalf of the news organizations, Mitofsky International and Edison Media Research, had declined to share the information with the committee. Am I just way out of the loop, or is this news?

1. It's news to me. This is appropriate, the next step in the process of |
|
turning over all the rocks.
This crap about releasing the exit poll data next year--is that for the "bipartisan" Senate investigation where election fraud, probably by Democrats, will be examined?

What if the big 5 demanded a refund from Mitofsky? Would he start to defend his numbers. That could help blow the doors off this thing. http://www.passinglane.com/elections

Read this:
"The AP and the five television outlets — ABC, CBS, NBC, CNN, and Fox — formed a consortium called the National Election Pool to conduct exit polls for this year's election after disbanding a previous exit poll group called the Voter News Service, which had problems in both the 2000 and 2002 elections."
WTF - So Bush wins in 2000, Exit polls say Gore won, they fire the so called Bad exit poll group, create a new one, the new exit poll group says Kerry will win, but oh, it's an other miracle, Bush wins again in 2004.
Hey MSM ever heard of the word FRAUD?

just from my brief scanning of this current article. Here's one from 12/09, in USA Today: http://www.usatoday.com/news/washington/2004-12-09-polls-usat_x.htmIf I recall correctly, I even saw the letter from Conyers asking for it, but who knows - I've linked to and read SO MUCH stuff. Edit: Found letter on this page (6th item down, 12/03): http://www.house.gov/judiciary_democrats/correspondence/letters.html

Previous letter was to Mitosfsky, who is coordinator of exit poll. He said he could not release. New letter is to Network Presidents.
