3. EIRS has private fields that include identifying information
Perhaps you know this already.

The Election Incident Reporting system (EIRS) set up by the Election Protection coalition can be viewed at: http://epc.voteprotect.org. Click on research/maps, then select New Mexico. The data can be sorted by categories such as the ones you mention.

What you may not know is that along with the information that you can view on that site, there is often identifying information about the person making the report. Especially if they filled out an affidavit with one of the EPC volunteers on election day, EPC should be able to contact the voter and ask if they want to participate in what you're doing. Of course, they also need to protect the privacy of the voters (and would-be voters). If you haven't talked to folks at the EPC, I recommend you see if they'll work with you.
