MoveOn wants to know what message we have for Senate Democrats!

I am going to send them an email telling them exactly what message I have for Senate Dems and what message I have for MoveOn's current direction.

Just got this today (Wednesday):

As one of our most involved members, we wanted to tell you about a fun opportunity: We'll be meeting with some Democratic senators in the new year, and we'd like to remind them why it's important to fight hard for our country's future.

If you have a digital camera, can you take a photo of yourself -- or better yet your whole family -- holding a sign with a positive, encouraging message for these Senate Democrats? As part of our presentation, we'll share select photos to steel their resolve for the year ahead.

Your message should be big, simple, and legible -- something as short as "fight for us" or "keep America free." Write with marker on a white piece of paper. This isn't the time for a long manifesto. There are Democrats who need to be held accountable, and together we'll do that in the months to come. Right now is your chance to bolster the will of Democratic leaders to do the right thing. Let them see that America is counting on them.

In the new term, Senate Democrats will face constant pressure to bend to the right wing's will. But we elected them to articulate strong, progressive values in Congress, and we have to let them know that if they fight for their ideals, we'll be there to support them.

21. Yes. There must be a re-vote in OH because a recount doesn't

take into account massive documented voter suppession which was a violation of the voting rights act, tampering with vote tabulation
machines before the recount, and numerous violations of Ohio election law in the conduction of the recount (among all the other items listed in the Arnebeck lawsuit.) Therefore the will of the electorate can only be determined through a revote. With paper ballots and machines with transparent technology. Conducted by non-partisan officials.

10. Tell them STAND UP and contest this election

on Jan. 6. They will lose a lot of their base if they don't aggressivly fight to save this election. We won't continue to give time, energy and money to a party or candidates that are passive while our elections are being stolen. If we don't deal with this NOW we will lose more seats in congress in 2006 and they will own the elections from here on out!

And as far as MoveOn, we need them to support us in our fight to fix this election NOW. Devote a webpage to updates. Let their memebers know what is going on. Let them know they need to be contacting their congress people and making sure they know what is going on and telling them that we need them to join with Conyers and the other reps openly and vocally! And to stand up with them on January 6th!!!
