1) Glibs lawsuit that K/E joined to get the 93K ballots and uncounted absentee and provisionals assesed? Denied? Filed? Pending?
2) Conyers request to impound the machines? From whom did he request that? Has it been addressed?
3) Eleven point request from K/E to BoEs? Whassup wit dat? Where did that go?
4) Which Arnebeck suit did the OH SC send down that request for this afternoon? The K/E one? What about the Connelly case? Any word yet?

I'm not trying to be difficult, just trying to keep up. Any info would be appreciated. I've been reading these threads for days, sans tin foil hat, just looking for facts.

1. my understanding of where things are...

1) The 93K ballots remain uncounted. I think getting them counted was part of the lawsuit that was originally filed on the 13th.

2) Conyers has no authority, in himself, to impound anything. I think he wanted either the FBI or Ohio authorities to do that. No one has stepped up to the plate.

3) Kerry's 11-point letter. Probably adorning the bottoms of birdcages across Ohio. Otherwise has had little effect other than to point out a lot of things that should have been done during this travesty of a recount.

4) The suit that the OH SC sent down the request for this afternoon was the K/E one. No word yet on the Connelly case. I'm waiting to see how the MSM covers this... is the OH SC going to somehow try to delay the Connelly case so it's not in the limelight (since Moyer is named), and, if they do, will the MSM call them on it?
