I wonder if, like Clint Curtis, Wendy Orange has been trying to blow the whistle but no one has been listening.

My apologies if everyone has already seen this. If not, we need to bring Ms. Orange to the front page. This is even better than Curtis, because it's ES&S, not Yang.

I read one article linked through a DU post concerning testimony about a Fla congressman who allegedly instructed computer technicians to rig South Florida elections. This stuff is smoking gun evidence. Are there lawyers working on gathering it all together to launch a suit charging federal voting rights violations? Or is it all state by state?

9. This story should have been proclaimed hither and yon long ago.

It's just one more case of the voting machine companies using uncertified software and inserting their patch to insure the vote turns out the way they want it to. ES&S I've always believed is a bigger criminal enterprise than Diebold. They are more secretive and sleazy I feel. But of course the prez of ES&S is the brother of the guy who heads Diebold's election division, the Urosevic (sp?) brothers.

Certainly, if they haven't already, Kerry and Conyers and the OH brigade of lawyers need to be made aware of it.
