8. Thank You, that almost clears it up.
I hate playing 20 questions, but can we define "not long ago" ?

You know details help avoid flames. We're only trying to share your enthusiasm about your post but lack of detail makes that difficult.

Thanks in advance for your followup.

Peace!

11. Could it have come from DC Resistance Media Collective?

From Free Speech Radio
www.fsrn.org/news/20041221_news.html

Demos Planned for Bush Inaugeration
This morning the DC Resistance Media Collective announced that like grassroots organizers fighting against electoral fraud in Ukraine, the Philippines, and Haiti, there will be large-scale demonstrations leading up to the inauguration of George W. Bush on January 20th. Ingrid Drake was there.

16. have to do it bootleg, when its official they silence you, see CSPAN
their archive has side by side videos of a Freeper Press Conference to arrange "protests" and a real protest press conference. You can watch the Freeper video just fine but the real video is unplayable and has been that way for day. I've sent them emails, no fix.

Pretty soon the Dept of Homeland Security will start shutting down websites like this one that discuss DC protests on the grounds on national security.

20. Did you notice the freepers had an audience of about 5!
Several of them looked as if they were janitor's or maids that the freepers had pulled in from the hallway and strapped a camera around their necks? Only one person asked any questions and he looked like a freeper plant!

I din't get to see our guys. How was the audience there?

23. More people need to do this. The airwaves belong to US, not to MSM,
or any other corrupt, republican-owned, theocratic, totalitarian organizations. Broadcast and run!!!!

24. Too right, mate!
If you'll recall, it has long been the precedent that the airwaves are the property of the citizens of the US. The FCC SHOULD exist only to prevent stations that are obscene, harmful, or in some other way threatening to people's right to pursue happiness.

Lately (i.e. in the last 20 years) it has decided its role is more that of nanny or watchdog, playing Moral Police with anyone who wants to try and launch a counter-establishment message.

We can't take back TV, because they own the cables they play it through. But WE own the AIR, goddamn it! Let's take it back!

25. Funny...that might explain the cop cars and the big van in McP Square.
Last night, I was walking to the McPherson Square Metro, and the block was blocked off by police, and a big truck, like a UPS truck, and also reminiscent of the "FCC" trucks from the movie Pump Up the Volume, was also there. Pretty odd.
