2. From Will Pitt's report:
2004 Democratic Presidential candidate John Kerry will file today, in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio, papers in support of the Green Party/Libertarian Party recount effort. Specifically, Kerry will be filing a request for expedited discovery regarding Triad Systems voting machines, as well as a motion for a preservation order to protect any and all discovery and preserve any evidence on this matter.

3. I know Kerry is filing, but what is Conyers doing?
Is he going to file a suit as well, and if he did would he be able to subpeona the "Exit Polls Data" that is currently unavailable due to the fact that it would be a lawsuit/investigation.

4. Kerry may be able to with his suit, but
I don't think Conyers can. If some Republicans from the House Judiciary committee would join him, they can subpoena the exit polls. That's why Conyers is trying to get them to cooperate with his request.
