Has anyone found evidence of fraud on the Democratic side |
in the November 2004 election? Or through all these nationwide precinct by precinct detailed analyses have we always counted as expected? Were there any credible reports of voter supression or anything else of the sort against Republicans? Because it would just seem odd (even statistically so, I guess) if it was absolutely all 100% the Republicans who did it.

1. Other than some poor people working for ACORN registering voters |
padding their $8 an hour salary by making up a few bogus registrations for people who don't exist and were never going to vote.

to them by the DNC, DLC, or a PAC or did they just take it upon themselves to do this?

3. One of the non-profit voter protection organizations... |
...look specifically at the numbers of incidents reported in which a vote for one presidential candidate came up as another candidate. That organization is reporting that for every 1 case in which a Bush vote switched to Kerry, there are 20 in which a Kerry vote switched to Bush.
This is part of the basis for the argument that machines may have been set with Bush as the default. (The idea here is that instead of the program actually switching a vote, would could've happened is that when someone thought they voted for Kerry, the machine didn't register the vote, so the default of "Bush" came up. Slick way to easily pick up a good 2-4% of the vote.)

4. Pretty much from the Republicans yes... |
starting with Sproul & Associates and various others on the ground (convicted: false signatures and reg forms confiscated by FBI...not sure all details) pre election - till what everyone knows now. Many republican henchman on the ground.
Something about a couple who got misinformation and voted twice on the Dems side - but that's the only story I've heard on problems with Dems causing any problems... been following pretty closely. Maybe others have more info.

8. Some machine malfunctions, yes |
Some of the machines did record votes for Kerry when people pushed for Bush. A county in West Virginia erased a few hundred votes for Bush. I've seen a couple of other Bush errors, but I'd say at least 95% of the errors have been in Bush's favor. http://www.knoxstudio.com/shns/story.cfm?pk=MISCOUNT-ELECT-12-20-04&cat=AN

10. There was some investigation in East St. Louis, and Feeney, |
yes, that Feeney, alleged that there were 50 incidents against the pugs before the election. And I think an elderly couple tried to vote twice.
