Letterman loved Kucinich, if for no other reason than to make fun of him. Well, how about us all writing Letterman saying we miss Kucinich and then all write Kucinich (who has already said he supports the recounts and posted secret Diebold memos on his congressional website siting problems with the machines a couple years ago) and ask him to talk about the election fraud in Ohio (perhaps we SHOULD call it vote fraud given that is a language they understand).

What say you, all y'all?

Ya in?

3. You'll find it here

Though I saw it before, closer to Nov 2 - then he concentrated on clearing kofi Anan's (sp) name. I personally asked him about these machines before the election and he was extremely concerned. I'd say screw him today but he did raise his voice last month.

8. DK was re-elected to the House of Representatives and his
supporters helped him pay off all his campaign debt.

His website will be updated soon, transitioning to a site dedicated to re-electing him to Congress in 2006.

Eleven states have passed resolutions within their state Democratic Party in support of the creation of a Department of Peace, as proposed by Dennis Kucinich.

I hope Dennis will continue to be very active on the national progressive stage.

Sun. Nov. 28 2004 (Its About Time!) Website of David Cobb Green Party Presidential Candidate
Rev. Jackson Visits Ohio, Supports Recount

Green Party presidential candidate David Cobb's demand for a recount of the Ohio presidential vote will gain a significant boost this Sunday, when Jesse Jackson visits Columbus, Ohio to publicly announce his support for the recount and other challenges to the controversial Ohio vote.

Jackson joins Ohio Congressman and former presidential candidate Dennis Kucinich and a growing list of individuals and organizations calling for a recount.

..."Voter suppression and intimidation is a civil rights issue. Jesse Jackson is the perfect person to bring these concerns to a wider audience and we welcome his participation," said David Cobb, whose campaign has been leading the charge for the Ohio recount. Cobb has been joined in the recount demand by Libertarian candidate Michael Badnarik. "We need to investigate, coordinate, litigate, recount and recuse," said Jackson, referring to the recount and other efforts and lawsuits challenging the legitimacy of the Ohio vote."

6. don't exactly put him in the front of the pack
where he ought to be. there was a thread earlier today that boxer was thinking about contesting, but wanted support from the ohio delegation. you'd think that would be lined up and waiting.

Kucinich's top ten list

03/23/04 7:11 AM

Ohio Congressman Dennis Kucinich got a payoff Monday night for his determination to stay in the Democratic presidential race: He got to present his Top 10 list on the “Late Show with David Letterman.''

The subject of Kucinich's list: “Ways Dennis Kucinich can still be president of the United States.''

10. Keep doing what I'm doing--I'm winning, right?

9. Constitution is amended stating presidents must be 35 or older, a natural-born citizen and named “Dennis.''

8. Act like a boob so people will perceive me as more presidential.

7. You want crazy campaign promises--fine! If I'm elected, everybody gets 1 million bucks.

6. Enter and win next “American Idol.''

5. Announce your running mate will be a plate of fudge--people love fudge.

4. Just wait till I unleash my new campaign slogan: “Kucizzle in the hizzle!''

3. According to the order of presidential succession, if George W. Bush were to resign today, along with Dick Cheney and about 300 other people, the presidency passes to a congressman from Ohio.

2. Get the governors of every state to rig the election.

1. I'm praying for a sex scandal.
