1. Only 4 counties, none large
Small, rural counties, ES&S. I think there was one (maybe) small Diebold county.

Unless you mean to add in the black box of the punch card tabulating units (also PC computers) then the number is upwards of 75% of the votes in the state.

2. Don't remember the exact number. Not that many. BUT...
remember that ALL tabulations, from EVERY sort of vote machine, were sent to central HACKABLE computers.

3. Then most of the votes, aside from the small number of
paperless e-vote eating machine votes, do have a paper trail.
