Did Kerry's Attorney file today in Oho? Can't find any news about it.

Did Kerry's Attorney file today in Oho? Can't find any news about it.
Yesterday the snow stopped them from filing but the plan was to try again today if the courts were open, if not it would have to wait until Monday. Has anyone heard anything about whether they filed today?

1. It's a federal holiday
Because Christmas is on Saturday, federal employees get December 24 as a holiday.

7. An act of God ? The weather has not been a help to Kerry in Ohio
First the rain all day in Ohio, now the snow. If I was into the christian wingnuts mentality I would say god is against Kerry. More lost time is not good. We do need a time out on the clock, hopefully either the courts, or the Congress can stop the clock, beacuse Ms blackwell has drug his feet so adroitly to play out the clock.
