did anyone just hear Arnebeck on Hartmann's show?

a separate suit, against the ohio chamber of commerce for funneling corporate money into election. the supreme court (of ohio?) declined to accept the suit, meaning the lower court ruling stands. that's all i know, tho.

5. yeah that's when I started streaming.

But I heard some reference to appealing to the Supremes, but couldn't really figure out whether he was mentioning it as a mere possibility or as the next step.

I also wasn't sure as to whether he was refering to his initial or secondary filing.

A very puzzled here. Maybe I've just got a brain freeze from the snow.
