Kerry's attorney filed a motion today, joining in the motion filed by the Glibs in Ohio Federal Court, seeking expediated consideration of the motion and an order seizing the election equipment so that it can be inspected and allowing expediated depositions.

Now, after that, everyone was anxious to see if it made MSM (or corporate media, you decide). Keith Olbermann did his bit and he read a statement from one of Kerry's attorneys saying that they didn't think there was fraud and the weed won. I am not sure if the lawyer was on the show or if the just read the statement. You can check his blog, it is all covered in the blog from today.

Anyway, all hell broke lose. There was the gnashing of teeth, the lighting of the torches and a mob gathered to hang KO by his "traitorious testes" and to once and for all "give up" on Kerry, he lied, he let us down, he is a coward, he never wanted to win, he is one of them, yada yada yada!

And so, Classic Warrior began this delightful thread in homage to the posters that allowed the emotions of the moment to sweep them into a frenzied drama fest.

So, in a nutt's shell, not much, same ole same ole! We are up, we are down, we are in, we are out. Black is white, up is down, but ....

The motion has been filed and the strategies continue. Kerry has not given up on us. (imho)

And, I must say, that's it? I was expecting a little more 'nothing' that they were freaking out about than what I found, I guess. This was really nothing!

I read Keef's blog (letting facts come between me and an opinion, I know, I know, I'll never make it into the DQs, now **sniff**). Sounds reasonable to me. My favorite part:

It is of course good to blow off some steam and have a few laughs every now and again. However this thread has now ceased to serve a constructive purpose and it is degenerating rapidly into a vehicle to call out or attack other DUers in contravention of the rules. Thus it is being locked by consensus moderator decision. The Lounge is of course open 24/7 should the need to commiserate and blow off steam, without engaging in personal or group attacks, remain.
