Clearly No Fraud: 3,100 Perry County Voters Registered on 11/8/77
DUer's if you are anxious about who is saying what and what it all means -- you might enjoy a stroll down memory lane. Post your favorite 2-3 sentence fraud fact in this thread! It's a surefire antidote to the KO / KE blues...

According to Representative John Conyer’s letter to J. Kenneth Blackwell (12/2), there appears to be an extraordinarily high level of voter registration in Perry County: 91%. A substantial number of these voters have never voted and have no signature on file. An extraordinarily large number of these voters are listed as having registered in 1977. In fact, 3,100 voters apparently registered in Perry County on November 8, 1977.

2. They'll say the files were updated on that date
and everyone that was previously on the rolls ended up with the same date due to clerical error.

of evidence. It may just be a strong circumstantial case until someone confesses, but it is a very strong circumstantial case!

On edit: Thanks lonestarnot!

3. I'll post another -- just to see if this thread will take off...
Dr. Werner Lange examined the pollbooks of 106 precincts in Trumbull county and found that there were 580 fewer pollbook notations for absentee voters than there were absentee votes!

Once again, clearly not fraud... Just a few 'problems' crying out to be fixed.

7. Miami County: After 100% precincts reported 18,615 more votes!
Edited on Mon Dec-27-04 10:19 PM by IndyOp
Miami County election results indicated that 18,615 votes came in after 100% of the precincts had reported. It is statistically suspicious that the extra votes came in at essentially the same percentage for candidates Bush and Kerry both before and after the 18,615 votes were counted Senator Kerry had received 10,724 votes (33.92%) of the vote after 100% of the precincts had reported. After the additional 18,615 votes were added, his percentage remained 33.92%.

8. A Miracle in Mercer: 4,000 votes disappeared...
Moss v. Bush alleges that one voting machine showed that 289 people cast (punch card) ballots, but only 51 votes were recorded for president. The county’s web site appeared to show a similar conflict, reporting that 51,818 people cast ballots but 47,768 ballots were recorded in the presidential race, including 61 write-ins. It would appear that about 4,000 votes (nearly 7%) were not counted for a candidate.

I think the situation is that these 4,000 were not overvotes or undervotes or uncounted provisional votes -- they just disappeared!

10. Miami County
>>It is my professional opinion that these numbers are fraudulent, and that this election has been hacked. There simply was not a 98.55% turnout in Concord South West precinct or anywhere else in Ohio. Nor was there a 94.27% turnout in Concord South precinct. I do not believe that Bush won 111 of 129 new voters in Tipp City Precinct F, or 173 of 189 new voters in Tipp City Precinct E, or 273 of 325 new voters in Troy Precinct 4-F, or that voter turnout increased by 194.58% in Troy Precinct 4-F, or that voter turnout increased by 152.78% in Troy Precinct 3-G, or that Bush increased his margin by 110 votes among 54 new voters in Monroe East Central Precinct, or that 72 Democrats who voted in the 2000 election chose not to vote in 2004 in Troy Precinct 2-D while all the Republicans did.<<
