Kerry's lawyer was being truthful when he said no fraud. Right.
He conceded early because he disbelieved his own internal polls and Zogby's polls and the state exit polls and the national exit polls.
Right.

He knew that Ted Kennedy was out in left field when he announced on Election Day that he was the winner.
Right.

Kerry wants to reassure Rove that he has no smoking gun.
Right.

When his lawyer says "no fraud", just "irregularities", he's letting everyone know that Shrub and the Gang are blameless.
Right.

He knows that Rove knows this is not a con on his part.
Right.

It's all a big coincidence, everything going Bush's way. All just one big coincidence. No conspiracy, no way. Kerry never believed it.
Right.

So now he's telling us that he believes Bush beat 13.5 trillion to one odds, because Bush is Mr. TriFecta.
Right.

That's why he's been so quiet these last 7 weeks. He was devastated to see all those Democrats vote for Bush.
Right.

Kerry was naive to believe that the big crowds who came to see him and Edwards during the campaign were actually going to vote on election day.
Right.

Kerry told them he had their back but now he realizes that they were really just getting ready to break his.
Right.

He truly believes that Bush won in 2000. And he deserved to be reselected.
Right.

All those shenanigans in FL and OH were just due to common folk making mistakes or just a being a little over-enthusiastic.
Right.

So, all you Repukes out there. Don't worry about a thing. Kerry is a lousy lawyer. He doesn't care about America's future. He doesn't even want to be President.

Right.

6. Kerry is being understated for good reason
If he alleges fraud, he must point to someone who perpetrated the fraud. That would make him go way out on a limb without having this ducks lined up first. Not very wise.

"So now he's telling us that he believes Bush beat 13.5 trillion to one odds, because Bush is Mr. TriFecta."

All those votes going to Bush when people thought they had pushed the button for Kerry. I forgot about Mr. TriFecta. Nothing more than an alternative strategy to win.

Right.

23. We'll see.
I've expounded on John Kerry and his Hamlet-ness in other posts, so I won't do so here. (I don't write him off, but I think he may be into a long term strategy that I don't agree with.) Just want to say, it's not up to Kerry, and it never has been. WE are the ones who elected him and one of our prime motives in doing so was to oust Bush Inc.

This is not about whether or not we can now accomplish putting the rightful president in the White House (however critically important that is for the good of the nation right now). This is about something far more fundamental: our right to vote.

If we do not vigorously protest this election, and do everything we can to turn it around, we have acquiesced to the loss of our right to vote. And if Kerry does not do the same, HE has acquiesced to that loss--even if he takes Bush Inc. down later, or succeeds in de-legitimzing and hamstringing them, later. We have seen the wrong man and his wrong friends take over the White House TWICE now, through illegal vote suppression and fraud. That is intolerable!

The quietude that fell upon us after the first stolen election, in 2000, LED TO the massive, premedidated fraud in this one. The criminals were emboldened to just outright take over our election system--with paperless voting, and secret source code owned by BushCons running the vote tabulators. If we let this go by, we are finished. Our democracy no longer exists.

And they WILL do worse. We--I mean, Americans collectively included the Democratic leadership--have given them no reason not to!

I'm looking to Jan. 6 for who defends our right to vote, if anyone. And then we'll see what we must do next.
