Clearly No Fraud: After 100% Precincts Reported, 18,615 more votes!
In Miami County (Concord Southwest precinct) voter turnout was a highly suspect and improbable 98.55%. In Concord South precinct, there was a highly improbable 94.27% voter turnout. Miami County election results indicated that 18,615 votes came in after 100% of the precincts had reported. It is statistically suspicious that the extra votes came in at essentially the same percentage for candidates Bush and Kerry both before and after the 18,615 votes were counted Senator Kerry had received 10,724 votes (33.92%) of the vote after 100% of the precincts had reported. After the additional 18,615 votes were added, his percentage remained 33.92%.

4. What may turn out to be most interesting about this precinct in Miami
is that it fits the pattern of this analysis "Were Bush's 2000 Vote Tallies Used to Fake 2004 Tallies?" posted by 59sunburst here:

5. Wait wait wait
This is too ironic

I have *tingles* right now

this EXACT SAME PERCENTAGE thing seems to keep coming up

a while back I responded to a thread then wrote another one on the same thing happening in Florida.

If I recall, there was a citizen recount in Florida, and when they examined the ballots, they found something like 6% less than the official totals BUT THE KERRY AND W PERCENTAGES WERE EXACT TO 0.1%!!!

It was later explained and i let it drop that the "missing" 6% of votes were provisionals... I thought at the time..... how funny is that... exactly the same% to 0.1% in provisionals as in 1 precinct.

I will try to find those old links.

If you have or know of more evidence on this EXACT SAME PERCENT DEAL... write it here... there may be something to it.

We conducted the 2 precinct unofficial recount in Florida. Basically, after the results were posted online we received a call about "write in" ballots that were not presented to us.

We are scheduled to see the rest on Tuesday 12/28/04.
