Supreme Court of Ohio is mostly Republican?
Is that correct? And if so, how do the legal proceedings move forward if they keep getting blocked by the courts? What are the chances the motions Kerry/Edwards filed yesterday will be allowed...the depositions and evidence gathering?

4. I realize that...
Not knowing much about law I did think that if a case gets rejected at a lower court then the only place to take it would be the Ohio Supreme Court...Isn't that correct? Then my question was...how could they proceed if Ohio Supreme Court rejects it? Maybe that is being pessimistic, but I just want to be clear about avenues available if rejected by the lower courts.

10. Let SCOTUS have to say, loudly and clearly, to the American people:
Oh NO! Equal protection was ONLY for Bush V Gore!
