5. He's talking about Ken Blackwell being afraid to be

interviewed. He's comparing Ohio to the Ukraine. Blackwell says he's not required to be interviewed by lawyers as a high powered Ohio official?! How dare Arnebeck and Fitrakis ask him questions? The attorney general of Ohio, instead of prosecuting crime, is going to defend Blackwell. They are saying that the only evidence of election fraud is being fabricated by certain disgruntled Ohioans.

Now Thom is enumerating all of the fraud allegations from the different counties.

Anyone else need a synopsis of this?

He just said the machines in Ohio (and elsewhere) have been available remotely by modem for months if not years to anyone who wanted to dial in and change the tabulations! These machines, and the Republican machine who bought them from their Republican buddies, are what stole the election for Bush! What an oligarchy!

And he's announcing the rally to take place on Monday the 3rd in Columbus. Now he reporting about KO on Countdown and how he said the odds are 1:3 that a U.S. Senator will stand up on the 6th and contest the electoral vote. Now going to break.

Caller talking about Air America Radio has an undernet discussion board about election fraud. Thom says if there is fire underneath all the smoke about fraud in Ohio, this will be bigger than Watergate! He says this is NOT going away. Also says Blackwell wants to be Governor of Ohio, so he's taking the offensive -- says it worked for Katherine Harris and thinks it will work for him.

Thom will be once again subbing in for Randi Rhodes tomorrow (Wed.) and will again talk about election fraud.

12. Hartman says he's convinced that

Max Cleeland won the election in Georgia, and it was stolen from him by Republican-bent hackers. He says Bev Harris found a file inside one of the voting machines called "robgeorgia" with all the stats and tabulations from the senate election. I'm starting to believe these machines have been stealing elections for a few years now!! They got so cocky they thought they could steal the presidential election as well. If we don't stop them, they'll get away with it!

She's telling about how the Repubs in Seattle are insissting every vote be counted and recounted in Washington. Hartmann remarks that the irony is this may set a precedent for counting all the votes in Ohio!!!

Caller also said the election is supposed to be certified in Washington this Thursday, but the Repubs are determined to prevent it from being certified until ALL the votes are counted again!

20. I don't see a precedent.

Washington is a razor thin margin of victory for us. Bush won Ohio by well over 100,000. I just don't see the fraud. If there was fraud, don't you think that the Democrats that make up 50% of every county elections board would have said something? They haven't. We lost. Time to get over it and prepare for the next election.

22. The GA election of 02 is the first really big and transparent fraud

that made it obvious what these machines are capable of doing. It was the first year for Diebold to count all the votes all the time in GA and it was also the strangest results in history. Roy Barnes ahead by 11% in pre-election polls 4 days before the election only to lose by 5% points, a swing of 11% points. Cleland lost on a 13% point swing from the same poll four days before the election. Bev Harris found the file called RobGeorgia on an unprotected Diebold web site and downloaded it and thousands of others. She found a fellow Rob Behler I believe willing to swear that he was hired by Diebold to patch the machines AFTER they were certified. He says he can witness to I believe 3 or 4 other patches after certification. Harris says she has evidence that there were as many as 8 patches to the machines AFTER certification. There are many other pieces of evidence showing that this GA election was TOTAL FRAUD, unquestionably fraudulent. Yet nobody got unduly upset. Only the destruction of American democracy. Keep your shirt on. Be cool.

What was found was a folder on the Diebold FTP site called "RobGeorgia". The file contained patches for Diebold machines for the 2002 election. The files apparently were meant for Rob Behler, a tech who worked for Diebold. Bev claims the files predate Rob's employment, but like a lot of things Bev says, that is questionable.

It is just this kind of misinformation that will destroy our credibility in fighting BBV.

but i had no idea if who he was. i think i want sirius radio. i sent my daughter to the city when howard stern was giving them away. She missed the darn ferry and got there just a bit to late to get one! oh well i have the radio power network on - dont know what that is. i will figure this all out. just in time for randi to come back.
