4. "Rule of Law" has been used to oppress people for centuries.

Just ask a Native American or any other person that's been on the losing end of colonization/imperialism/globalization. In most cases, the law is written by the ruling elite. Those who write the laws control the language and the cultural biases which can perpetuate injustices.

So I agree with poster #1. The chant needs to be "Blackwell out!" Or better yet, "Re-vote Now!"

5. Rule of law, I really got sick of hearing that during Clinton's

impeachment trial. Everyone was saying the rule of law, this, and the rule of law that. Very sickening.
