Hoffheimer's profile?
I really do have to wonder where Senator Kerry finds his people.

So, is this the same Daniel J. Hoffheimer "Kerry's lead attorney"?

The guy is an "expert in estate planning, gift taxation and trust law"???

5. I don't know if he was the Kerry lawyer for the whole state or if he was
just the Hamilton County/Cincinnati lawyer. The Kerry lawyer for Warren County is named Jeff A Ruppert

3. Why do I get the feeling he was a volunteer lawyer for the campaign
He was both a Dem and a lawyer, so he sorta got drafted maybe?

I suspect many of the lawyers on the ground are the wrong kind. Beggars can't be choosers.

I also suspect that Dan = Cahill and Don = Carville.

I think Kerry may have swapped out some of his people without saying he was swapping them out. One isn't effective and has the wrong message. The other has the right experience in the right field.

Dan would have been fine if this were a normal situation. But none of this is normal.

4. I think you are right
Kerry is very careful, as we all know by now.
