We could create 06 support/don't support lists for voters starting now and prominently post them on websites. Not voting to contest automatically puts someone on the dump in 06 (or whenever their re-election is) list. We could let them know these lists will be posted prominently in Democratic circles and on websites. Anyone who doesn't have the courage to contest is useless anyway. In California, we want Sheen to run for Feinstein's seat and, if she doesn't contest, she's out.
