order so he doesn't have to testify or give a deposition in reply to the filed lawsuits alleging fraud. Why is he trying to weasle out of testifying? Thom is also announcing the demonstration next Monday in front of the State House in Columbus -- says he would be there if he didn't have to be in Vermont. Now taking phone calls on this subject.
