Someone explain please. The Moyer motion to preserve
evidence, that was filed by Arnebeck ,wasn't the one joined by Kerry Edwards was it? Don't they have pending arguments in Federal Court?

But I don't think this is the same motion Kerry Edwards is part of.
Arnebeck doesn't represent them.

3. Federal Court is where we'll have the most success...
No partisan politics.

It would have been great but no biggie. Am I reading this right?

5. yeah, separate case.
The Statehouse News Bureau had coverage on it tonight, and said that Moyers refused to take himself off the case, and that he didn't expedite the Arenbeck case, but mentioned January 3rd.

Sorry for confusing the two.

This report is not on their website yet. They look to be about 2 days behind. http://www.sos.state.oh.us/sos/results/11-02-04.htm

6. Thanks for this thread,
it alleviates my depression somewhat. I do see endless crap like this all the way down the line though.

7. You are so right about that -
People say they're in it for the long haul and understand how long Watergate took and understand the level of corruption and still freak out and start pointing fingers everywhere at every problem.

We've got to learn to take a deep breath after the punches and have the next step ready in advance.
