Anyone who can think there wasnt fraud in the 2004 election
is in self denial.

These bozos lie about everything, everything!

They are systematically tearing down the america we all know and love.

They have followed a hardcore right wing agenda, HELL, they EVEN WROTE IT DOWN! (see PNAC) They lied about WMD, 9/11, the Environment, Tax cuts for the wealthy, rising the deficit to remove the New Deal, social security, health care, etc etc...

Why on earth would it be a stretch to think they might have stolen the election? Hmm Republican companies, counting votes, in secret, no paper trail, stacked courts, and officials denying investigations for full audits, redistricting...

why are we not in the streets?

60% obesity, fear of terror, or reprisal, 40% medicated, and people not willing to see the facts in front of them.

2. Who exactly is in denial?
In America, it is vital that every vote count, and that every vote be counted. But the outcome should be decided by voters, not a protracted legal process. I would not give up this fight if there was a chance that we would prevail.

But is now clear that even when all the provisional ballots are counted, which they will be, there won't be enough outstanding votes for us to be able to win Ohio.

And therefore we cannot win this election.

This was the final word for me, and I think the guy who said that knew what he was talking about, and his position seemingly hasn't changed in 3 months.

9. That's why Ohio needs re-Vote, not a recount!
Voter intimidation and suppression kept unknown numbers of votes from being cast at all. Unknown numbers of votes intended for Kerry were counted for Bush because of the default being set for Bush, or because the software switched the vote. Some cases were caught and corrected, but no one has any idea how many were NOT caught.

I still, for the life of me, cannot understand why one candidate would be set as the default. The only logical default choice would be a null value, or "no vote". A voter would have to DE-select Bush in order to not cast a vote? This HAD to be intentional! To me, this would be Prima Facie evidence of fraud.

The Ohio vote count and recounts are invalid. Ohio needs a re-Vote!

11. "why one candidate would be set as the default"
I don't see how that is in any way justifiable either. If anyone finds hard proof (that is, a machine with the "default" set that can be demonstrated) of this - here is your smoking gun. Have not heard of anyone finding such machine yet.

Conyers needs to send a letter to the companies asking them whether their machines' programs had any provision or possibility for setting a "default" choice. If they say yes - here is your smoking gun. If they say no and later it is found that the programs did include such an option, those who lied will be in very deep trouble. Eventually these machines will be available for inspection, if not within a week then within a couple of months, and this will be found out.

15. don't read that as a statement that no fraud happened
but a belief that the margin was too large to overcome (fraud withstanding).
