Is Theresa Heinz Kerry involved
I was in the John Kerry forum and saw a saracrat post that suggested she was, but I can't respond in those forums because I haven't donated yet. Can anyone tell me where this idea came from?

3. I saw the same post.
There was another post by someone a while back that said the poster had a chance to talk to John Kerry and Teresa (before the election)and the poster brought up electronic voting with them. According to the story, John Kerry appeared uninterested, but his wife took the possibility of electronic fraud very seriously.

I haven't heard anything except what saracat posted since, though.

4. Real Proof is Here, I Beleive
See this insightful article by http://www.inthesetimes.com/site/main/article/1742/|Joel Bleifuss>

"Steven F. Freeman, a statistical analysis professor at the University of Pennsylvania, found some disturbing anomalies when he examined the discrepancies between the predicted vote (exit polls) and the tallied results in 11 battleground states—Colorado, Florida, Iowa, Michigan, Minnesota, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Mexico, Ohio, Wisconsin and Pennsylvania.

The figures he used for the predicted vote came from the exit polls posted by CNN on its Web site. Due to an apparent computer glitch, CNN posted “uncalibrated” data—exit poll data not yet “corrected” to conform to the announced vote tallies—on its Web site until 1:30 a.m. (EST) election night.

In all of these states except Wisconsin, writes Freeman, the predicted margin of votes for each candidate differed from the tallied margin of votes for each candidate, with all the differences going in favor of Bush."

There's lots more in the article! Read it now!

5. link isn't working
i would think Heinz is the type who would hate fraud. she is a no nonsense type of woman. and i dont think she appreciates kerry's silence on it. been thinking about her a lot during this time. i always liked her.

her honesty and her bluntness. and hated how the media played her. well guess we will have to wait and see.

7. Heinz is also brilliant. She didn't do the Stepford thing, so
the MSM didn't know how to package her. I'd vote for her in a heartbeat.

14. ok, so I read the article
and it contains nothing new that anyone following this election farce didn't already know.

How does this relate to whether or not (and frankly I really doubt it) Kerry is somehow involved in a rescue effort other than his Senate seat. I'd like to be proven OH SO WRONG but I am simply unconvinced.

Convince me...

13. Scary that he appeared uninterested. I have often wondered how much he
knew before the election. I also wonder how many of our legislators don't really know, although I would hope with Conyer's work the learning curve would be high if they didn't know before. If they knew, they sure wouldn't be calling it a conspiracy theory unless they were one of the ones in on it.

21. Dean knew all about electronic voting, though.
According to that poster, he muttered something about conspiracy theory nonsense and looked down on him from however high up in the air his head is. It was a funny post.

27. Are you sure Dean knew? Why hasn't he said anything? Why are they all
so silent? If they know, I want them to be outraged, like Conyers, and scream it from the rooftops that they are outraged, like Conyers...

31. Doesn't hold water if you say "Because they're not John Kerry"
Because Conyers is not John Kerry. None of us are. You don't have to be to be outraged and let people know it.

(There was a Dean rant in this space. But I deleted it. I'm a good girl, I am.)

They want their little station wagon to turn into a ferrari and take off.

He's not a Transformer. What you see is what you get... well, except for that little David Banner to Incredible Hulk thing he does once in a while... but that's it.

29. That;s what I would like, but he really can't do it unless there is
hard proof. He would just get laughed out of town. Unless someone else knows something I don't. The proof is there, but they are effectively keeping anyone from accessing it before the 6th.

10. Where is the John Kerry forum?
are you talking about the official Kerry/Edwards forum that morphed after election to Common Ground, Common Sense?

and I think Theresa Heinz Kerry does have some awareness beyond what we know.

23. How to find the John Kerry forum
Here are directions to get there from the main, home, whatever you want to call it, page (www.democraticunderground.com). BTW, you can get to the home page from every (I think) DU page via the "Home" link at the top left corner.

Click "Enter Discussion Forums". That's almost at the top of the page, just below the day's highlighted articles and above the featured threads of the day.

Look down to the section called "Forum Categories". One of the links there is called "DU Groups". Click "DU Groups".

A long alphabetical list of groups appears. Click "John Kerry Group". You're there.

Here's a direct link, I think. My first time posting a link, so I'm not completely sure I'm doing it right:

http://www.democraticunderground.com/discuss/duboard.php?az=show_topics&forum=273

Incidentally, I did a quick cursory look there and didn't see anything about Teresa being involved in anything. Maybe it's hidden under an uninformative heading like "Wow look at this", "Important, please read", "You won't believe this", "Important. Keep kicked", or some other similar useless subject line. I tend not to read those unless I'm really hard up for something to do, but that particular forum doesn't seem to have many useless subject headings.
