Why Why Why, do they need us...
to be crazy...

http://www.cincypost.com/2004/12/30/edita123004.html

They need us to be crazy; if we are not crazy we are credible.

We have proof they have conjecture.

The editorials are comming, the editorials are comming patriots stand firm they are trying to role the country over; push back. Tell the people the truth, it will set you free!

And you know how us "crazies" are: unpredictable! I might just ask for a FAIR ELECTION or something kooky like that!

Idiots.

2. we're crazy because we THINK ;-) instead of being
brain-numbed by what people spoonfeed the population.

...however, as dismissive as the article is about the revote (Write them about the PROBLEMS with the revote -- how poll books were denied in most places, etc.) at least they did ask some questions at the bottom of the editorial.

Man, I wish I wasn't at work today! I'll be writing letters tonight, but if others can write/e-mail/fax on some of these "Recount is over" reports or "No fraud in Ohio" reports (Like Taft stated yesterday) -- it would be cool.

4. Um which Red precincts are they talking about?
When they said:

• Whether there was a systemic reason for the instances -- not just in Democratic precincts, but in heavily Republican areas as well -- where voters had to stand in line for hours to cast a vote. Even in a hotly contested presidential election with a large number of new voters, that shouldn't happen.

I haven't heard of gramma and grandpa Republican standing for hours in the rain, only Gramma and grampa Democrat. I would like to know if there were Republican strongholds with long lines, as it then becomes gross incompetence instead of gross obstructionism.

7. RE:Republicans standing in Lines --
When I e-mailed several Democrat Director BOEs directly after the election complaining about the disparity, asking questions, and offering some ideas for the "Future" -- only one, Tim Burke of Hamilton wrote me back.

He told me he did not think it was a partisan issue because there were lines in Mason Ohio, which has about the same demographic as West Chester (Where I live) -- and they had waits.

Difference is their waits were about 45 minutes to an hour. I was told later from a family member who works for a City (not mason) that even though Mason had tremendous growth in the past four years, they kept their machine count about the same. Personally I think this was to quite people -- see -- everyone experieinced it -- when the major problems were in democratic areas....

jknapp's graphics of Cayhoga (sp) county also show some areas where there were lines in Red areas, but overall majority in Democrat areas. Which either means

1. the State of Ohio is much more Blue than anyone is letting on, and it's just a random thing in a mostly blue state -- or

2. Something fishy was going on in the merging of the precincts.

If any precinct Merging needed to take place, it was definitely in my area.

there was a library (estimate 2 machines, just because I don't know)
a school (estimate 2 machines just because I don't know)*
a church (I voted here) - 5 to 7 machines (Five for sure)*
a school (estimate 2 machines, just because i don't know)*
and about a mile down a Church with 2 sets of 6 machines (mother in law voted there)

total of at least 23 machines, if not more. The areas with an * were Right Next to Each other.

Middle/upper class, mostly caucasion -- "excellent" school rating 3 years in a row.... 50,000 * supporters rallied here.....

but the decoy was Mason, who had wait, so the partisan aspect must be "all in my head...."

9. The wait in Warren County (mason) was so they could report after Cuyahoga
only after Cutahoga reported could they know how many Kerry votes to flip to Bush.

One white GOP county with lines does not mean that African American and likely dem urban precincts in urban counties were not targeted for suppression.

Now write those LTTEs!

11. If you really want to have fun in Columbus hand these out (evil grin)
Go to http://somnamblst.tripod.com to download the high res file to print

I think you will find African American owned businesses very willing to display this on their walls. Or you can use 3M Super 77 spary adhesive to glue it to bus stop shelters and metal utility poles.
