A slap of reality ; How it is : all legal recourse are in Repug Courts
The courts are repug dominated, all the way to the Supreme Court. All legal avenues are road blocked . Demonstrations , like in the Ukraine are the only answer, but not enough protestors. What now?

3. No! The Courts are liberal and left-wing just like the media, remember?
You're reading the wrong script. Flip the script.

6. I will tell you how
They have the money to send their children to law school, which is also comprised of the good ole boy network in the selection of students! Then the repugs in power appoint from the group that graduates. They are in control of ALL the suppression, oppression machinery. We need to RAGE AGAINST THE MACHINE!

7. It's worse than that..
They have been grooming kids from grade school on, by the time they graduate from college paid for by different Republican groups, these kids are told, they do what ever the party tells them or they will never find work, or have a ruined reputation for life. They indenture kids to the party from very young.

8. Fallwell's Law School
Jerry Fallwell's Liberty Universtiy has just opened a law school to train former lawyers in conservative principles and biblical law. In other words, to train a bunch of baby Scalia's. This is what we have to look forward to in future years.

9. Biblical law?
Is this taken before or after Tort?

The bible is now called "HCL" or Heaven Compiled Laws to make it sound more official.

13. If these were really smart people
it seems to me they'd be cashing in at some law firm somewhere, instead of learning how to inject Jesus into the legal system.

At her graduation the professor giving the keynote speech said that everyone knows the "C" students will be the most successful.

18. Robertson's Regents U has had a law school for a long time
Oral Roberts U had one, but no longer......believe Anita Hill graduated from ORU law school

rather than looking at particular schools, look at the Federalist Society.....a RW lawyer group with chapters at many law schools....W takes their advice on appointments rather than the American Bar Association.....the switch was made early

Its important to challenge them. Even if we lose in their kangaroo courts they will OWN the fraud they have perpetrated on this country.
