Progressive Majority's Official Site Telling Rossi To Concede--Please Sign
Last week, we found out that Chris Gregoire won this election, albeit it by a narrow margin. She would've prevailed in the hand recount even if Republicans had succeeded in preventing hundreds of legitimate votes from being counted. This morning, Secretary of State Sam Reed certified by the election results, officially making Gregoire the governor-elect.

Meanwhile, Dino Rossi and the Republican Party, who were so quick to call on Gregoire to concede before all the votes were counted, have resorted to unproven and outrageous accusations of fraud and malfeasance in a desperate attempt to force a new election. As state senator, Dino Rossi helped write the law governing recounts, but now he's calling for the state legislature to ignore that very law and call a new election at taxpayer expense.

Now is the time: will you join me in telling Dino Rossi to concede?

Progressive Majority fought hard to elect progressive champions to the state legislature. Together, we took back the state senate for the Democrats. We cannot -- and will not -- stand by and let those gains be canceled by a well-oiled Republican machine attempting to steal this election.

Yours for a progressive new year,

Dean M. Nielsen
Washington State Director
Progressive Majority

5. NO! I don't want Rossi to concede!
Face it, the election's over--no way will there be a revote, and the only reason why he won't challenge this in court is because he has NO GROUNDS to do so. Rossi is saying that a court challenge would be too lengthy and divise--lying sack of shit--it's because he has no basis to fight it.

Therefore, DON'T concede, Rossi, Christine is going to take office whether he does or not, and this sack of shit will go down in history as the fuckwad who wouldn't concede! He will forever be branded a sore loser! His career will be over!

8. Is a concession anything other than a courtesy?
Whether he concedes or not, won't Gregoire be sworn in either way now that the votes are certified?
