10. I've thought that too, and even more |

After the 2000 election, I almost swore off voting, figuring it was fixed and a waste of time. If "they" determine the results regardless of how the people actually voted (or tried to), then it's stupid to vote. Would you have voted in Soviet or Saddam elections because it was your "civic duty"?
The one thing that turned me around was the African-American community. I figured that if they come back and vote this time after all that's been done to them, then I'll give it one more try. I even donated money this year for the first time in quite awhile. But if the Dems have really rolled over again as it appears, then I just don't see the point of doing it again. It's just throwing good money and votes after bad.
I've been kind of starting to think that African-Americans are really the heart and soul of the Democratic Party, if it has one, and maybe even of the country. Look who stands up for anything--in 2000, it was only the Black Caucus. This year it seems to be only John Conyers. If the Dems ever control the House again, Conyers should be Speaker (and I am a San Francisco area resident and long-time fan of Pelosi, but ya just gotta stand up to a completely fraudulent election).

My son actually tugged on a (we say black down here, not a slight, OK) woman's arm because she had "Kerry" sticker on her purse (my son is 5) and said, "You know he really won, don't you?" I lifted my eyes to see what he was doing and she said, "Yes, honey, he did. Those people kept our people from voting." I said, "Yes they did and John Conyers is my hero." (I'm white - well, my son calls us "peach.") and she told me they ALL know what happened in Ohio and Florida and the media doesn't care. I gave her a few e-mail addresses, told her of the lawsuits. She must think I'm nuts because it's STILL not been reported in the MSM. Bless her heart - YES THEY KNOW!

2. To praphrase Al Sharpton from the 2004 DNC, |
|
to ride the donkey as far as it will take us.
That was implicit to many people to no longer take the African American vote for granted. It is much scarier to contemplate what that means for future Dem GOTV efforts. The 2000 & 2004 election have had such vast amounts of targeted disenfranchisement, that it is clear that there will need to be strong political leadership saying this will not stand.

4. That to me is one of the most bothersome parts of the fraud... |
|
The arrogance of people to take advantage of a specific group like this. We need to stand up. They stood in line under horrible conditions, so that their voices would be heard. And instead theirs were the voices muffled. Makes me very angry. I heard the people on the videos saying i will stand here all day to vote. Kerry needs to stand for these people. They stood for him....

We may need a political, cultural and social movement as deep and sustained as the Civil Rights movement to all our rights back. Democratic Senators need to make a principled stand. Then when they are voted down by the Republican congressional majority (many of whom also owe their jobs to fraud!) then that's where we expose the flagrant injustice and jump start a great national movement again...put on some 60's movement music and get ready to go for it WE SHALL OVERCOME!
State by state, we will restore a fair and reliable voting system for EVERYONE.

I believe that we have been forced down a road that leads us no recourse---I'm NOT speaking about violence. The ground-swell has begun, and we will not relent. We will take our Democracy back from the hands of the corrupt 'few'.

12. I agree, i think there are unmistakable rumblings... |
|
I think we are all simply waiting to see what the courts and congress do. From there it may or may not be on us. We would not let a known murderer run free to continue killing.(of course i am speaking of us "normal" folks, God knows what the leaders are getting away with) But, I hear people saying that it is not about a winner. If there is fraud how can it NOT be about a winner. We cannot prove he has falsely taken the highest office in our land, and then say it is OK you keep it. Do what you will with our citizens, constitution, military, environment, finances and world social status. Makes no sense to me. I dunno...

A strong third party would require a coalition style of governance. Interesting, perhaps this could be an opening?

6. Dems seemed more aware this time but have a long way to go... |
|
...and it isnt just african-americans. Any group which can be targetted as more likely to vote Democratice---hispanic, native, poor, certain colleges---gets targetted too.
I noticed that there were people on hand to document and dicourage GOP pollwatchers, however no one could have guessed the new tactics that would be used, like with holding voting machines.

7. I know - that's what hurts me the most.... |
|
...we're grown-ups - we can deal with some evil dealin' stealin'.
But to sit down and sketch out how they were going to break the hearts and souls of people whose hearts and souls have been broken and stepped on for so long. Hearts and souls that were SO high that day. So hopeful.
My God - it just breaks my heart. That is pure evil - that is the true evil here.
If the Dems in the House and Senate can actually say that the way African-Americans were TARGETED on and before Nov. 2nd - in many states, not just OH - was not criminal then I will change parties. I will vote Democrat (let's face it) but I will change parties. I will go down to the tiny little brick Town Hall here and change parties.

16. How about the Humans in General? |
|
Entire Communities voted using paperless touch screen voting machines. There is no way to visually inspect a "Vapor Vote" once you give your voice to that machine it can make you say what ever it wants to.
Yes the African Americans were disenfranchised.
I Assert that All Humans have been disenfranchised by the simple fact that who ever controls the central tabulators have the power to control the entire election regardless of any votes.
Votes? what are those? you thought they actually count them? ha! sorry. They cant prove that they do or they would never have locked out the press cameras in Ohio. and that Terrorist threat was B.S. designed to have the effect of not allowing proof of fraud to be obtained.
I assert that because of this fact, they can't prove they count our votes at all. Unless these machines are fixed, We the People will never have our right to vote again.

18. The irony is, we're all "black" now. |
|
I wrote a letter to the Greens on 11/5, after reading around the net.
The tactics they've always used to thwart Black voters were also used to block the college vote. And to a degree, ALL votes.
So, if I were black and not brown, some part of me would be lmao at the whole situation.

19. you say that as though there is an alternative |
|
and there is not.
There are two choices. One party that uses us when it needs our help, and another dedicated to our economic and social re-enslavement.
There is no choice. We must continue to support the Democratic party. There are no other real parties, and there will not BE any other real parties. Non-participation is death.
