Any News on Moss v Bush or on the Kerry "papers" that were

filed in the Federal Court? Has anyone seen a link to the papers filed by Kerry?

There were suppose to be some answers filed in the Moss v Bush suit by Arnebeck. Anybody see anything out of the court cases lately?

someone had mentioned that Read_the_Law_First had made mention on one of his posts that the federal court had denied both the Glibs and Kerry's motions. I tried to go back through the post and find it, but was unsuccessful searching for it and could find no mention anywhere.

I also could not find a mention of Arnebeck's filing that was supposed to be filed on the 28th.

Seems to me someone would have posted those somewhere.

6. I read somewhere that Blackwell locked down all the log books

in Ohio until Jan 10th. Does anyone here know where I might find that information again? Someone on another thread needs to know. Thanks.

Since Cobb's attorney's file an amended complaint just yesterday for another recount, would that mean that the first one is still under consideration in the Federal Courts?
