10. really so predictable
I could almost handle the media not even putting anything about this in.
It's so cut and dried and predictable. Don't give him the puffiness of media coverage.
It's the only thing they ever want to cover--the cut and dried and predictable.
Talk of Senators and Representatives--now there, there's silence.

8. Can the pResident ask a judge to do something?
Isn't it up to the judge? Isn't it why a judge is a judge in the first place?
The pResident seems to think he is on trial on this one...

It's funny, because I think the Ohio challenge is doomed because it should not be concentrating on who won the election but on the fact that even a 10 vote glitch is not OK, let alone a 4,000 vote glitch.

But when I read this about Smirk, it makes me think he is guilty and he can't help but act guilty. If it is such a stupid lawsuit, why would anyone, let alone the pResident ask the judge to throw it out? The judge is supposed to be intelligent enough to know...

9. He's not responding as President
He's responding as defendant. It's standard. Defendants always respond to the allegations. They are, in fact, required to.
