Warren County, Ohio...it's not pretty.
Ok ya'll, I have been auditing Warren county. Last thursday I was in the county and was looking through the roster for precinct 4. As I was going through I discovered that there was a page missing. Pages 53 and 54. So on Monday morning I was waiting for them outside the Elections office door. I immediately asked for the poll book and roster to be copied which they did for me without question. It was only after they discovered that there was a page missing that they got really concerned. The roster pages contain 9 names of voters each, so the total number missing from the book are 18.

Here are some of the "official" results from precinct 4. There were (according to the poll book) 558 ballots cast in that precinct of which 10 were provisional. I have counted the names 4 times now and come up with a different amount...535 plus the 10 provisionals for a total of 545. I have also found 18 voters that are on the poll book and are not on the roster. Some of the names match those that should be on the missing pages the rest should be listed in the roster but are not. A couple of other problems are: H Isaacs signed in but never voted...Her name was scratched off and was replaced with an A. Jackson, A Jackson is now registered as having voted using H Isaacs address. The 10 provisional ballots noted above...well there are really only 9. One of them has not been accounted for and the roster shows that there should have only been 9 provisionals cast in precinct 4 but the poll book shows 10 as having been cast.

There are a total of 3 ballots that are "soiled" they are numbered as follows...43, 84, and 163. With all these issues in one precinct...I wonder what might be going on with the rest of them. I wish I had more time...but if 4 is a good representation of the entire county, they need to revote.

Andy

Confidential to Ohio residents. I will probably need your help again real soon.

A few questions...

1) Wasn't this the place with the false fbi lockdown claims?
2) How were you able to get this information? Meaning, can anyone ask to view the poll books?
3) What's next? How do we proceed?

Thanks again!

9. It's a powerful image of the core of the voting process
The books and the signatures that you describe are at the heart of it all, aren't they? The numbers add up -- or they don't.

BTW, if you have any difficulty finding enough Ohio residents to help from the DU boards, you might try the DU MeetUp site:
http://du.meetup.com
I haven't checked, but I'll bet there are some Ohio residents in there.

Best to you. You're fighting for all of us and we know it.

48. Provisionals and Absentees
Edited on Wed Jan-05-05 12:47 AM by adolfo
Great work Andy. It looks like the numbers just don't add up no matter where you look. In Florida (Orange County) we recounted 2 precincts and ended up with about 19 less votes.

See: http://www.recountflorida.com/modules.php?op=modload&name=News&file=article&sid=14&mode=thread&order=0&thold=0

The most interesting aspect of our investigation was the amount of registered absentees in the poll books:

Precinct #101

Binder1: 654
Binder2: 655
Binder3: 655

Precinct #102

Binder1: 476
Binder2: 600
Binder3: 499

Besides matching binder totals for Precinct 101 there was a high amount of registered absentees. Maybe it could be explained by examining the demographics (ie: possible military base). .. Or maybe not. Unfortunately, our county groups provisional and absentee votes under one precinct making it harder to track.

See: http://www.recountflorida.com/ivrs_precincts.php?county=Orange

Isn’t that convenient? I’ve also asked for a precinct report of absentee votes but they claimed it does not exist. It is about time for another trip. ;)

Perhaps we should examine absentees and provisionals further. What are your thoughts?

I drove through Warren County, Ohio not a month ago. Along I-75 around the Rt. 63 exit (?) there was a huge statue of

Really tacky.

From a first impression drive-through, I would say you have your hands full there.

40. Question here
Are there any plans to canvass voters? It makes so much sense to me, to pick a couple suspicious precincts (especially once you have the poll books, and know exactly who voted), and just ask everyone if who they voted for.

That would go a long way in my mind to either establish legitimacy to Bush's alleged victory, or establish some real basis for suspecting fraud.

Thank you for all your work, it is so much appreciated

44. Good question, I photographed the provisional ballots page for all
the roster books that Leona, myself and Mary Lou checked.

Should we attempt to call the people whose names are on the provisional ballots page? One precinct in particular had more provisionals than all the rest. I believe it was 36. It was for 15 Lebanon NWA. lizzieforkerry has the images for those pages and she noticed they were all apartment dwellers. Apartment dwellers=likely dems?

this point. The senators need to understand how the little numbers can add up to 118,000

There are 11,360 precincts in Ohio
A mere 11 vote mistake/cheat/provisional ballot disqualified/etc per precinct = 124,960 votes

If every precinct were off by that much the results of the election could easily change.

BTW, is anybody looking into the really stupid math error on the Washington county results for precint 011 MARIETTA 3B ? The official report lists 583 votes total. But when you add up the votes for each candidate + write-in it only comes to 582.

52. Watch for this, too, Andy.
I talked to a Green observer for 8 counties in NE Ohio. She said that they found more votes than voters in some areas. Also, on some of the poll books it was obvious the same person had signed in and voted twice -- like, for instance, signing as Robert J. Walker, AND R. J. Walker. She was quite disturbed by the provisional ballot treatment, and noted that "loads and loads" of the people had voted in the correct voting building, but at the wrong precinct (meaning table). Those votes did not count. She thought there were 400 of these in one of her counties.
