Sen. Boxer needs to hear from constituents tomorrow!
Just got this and it looked important, so I'm posting it here:

The Cobb-LaMarche Campaign
Working to Make Every Vote Count!

Ok, so I went back on my word that I wouldn't forward extra stuff here - but
this one is critical. This is from the Cobb cmapaig media coordiantor. Sen.
Boxer needs to hear from constituents tomorrow!

Senator Barbara Boxer has indicated that she may challenge Ohio's Electoral College votes tomorrow, January 6, when Congress receives the votes from all states.

Please forward this to Californians who support the democratic process and ask them to contact Senator Boxer to support a challenge.

Phone: 202.224.3553 (DC)

Fax: 415.956.6701 (SF--no DC number is listed)
for email, go to: http://boxer.senate.gov/contact/webform.cfm

It is especially important that she hear from Californians. I'm in DC and don't have many addresses with me, so don't assume that people in California are getting this. Please pass this on.

thanks,

Blair

1. She won't do it in the end. Watch.
She will say that it would not change the result in Ohio and therefore will not do it.

4. Time alone will tell
If she's asking for letters, there must still be hope...If I were a senator, I sure wouldn't publicly announce what I was going to do (not in a case like this)...I'd just wait for the moment and do it.

7. I couldn't reach her D.C. office today by phone, so I called L.A. office
(213)894-5000, and reached one of her aids at that number.
Maybe you can try that one.

Though maybe you should also email her...as Randi Rhodes said that's probably what she really needs to take in-hand with her tomorrow...to hold up huge stacks of correspondence and emails supporting her action.

Good luck!
