I expressed my point to Senator Durbin and Senator Obama. Told them I would be supporting the Green Party. Told them I supported them with my Union and will work hard to replace them in the next election. Cowards!!!!

7. I've been a life-long democrat -- was even involved in the

Kennedy campaign -- but except for the fabulous Barbara and the 31 Reps (the Boxer Rebellion) -- the democrats came up short today. All those mealy mouthed, sanctimonious speeches about the importance of the integrity of the vote, blah, blah, blah -- NEXT TIME -- has got me down. The civil rights and voting rights violations that occurred in Ohio and elsewhere need to be re-dressed THIS TIME. This travesty of democracy must not stand. Just imagine the statement it would have made if every damn dem has voted Yes to a real investigation -- that would be a serious hole in Bush's so-called mandate. But no -- just some lovely speeches and back to the business of enabling the Repukes. The Democrats refuse to be a real opposition party -- I'm not sure what they stand for anymore. Yes, they are better than the repukes --- no question. But are they good enough? I admit I'm real close to turning Green too!
