Today the GOP proved they are the ANTI-VOTING party.
As it was said on Olbermann's show tonight, the GOP lost what ever credibility they had with voting rights by shunning, mocking and belittling Democrats for fighting for people's right to vote. Our party gave them a perfect and safe opportunity to shed light on voting problems with out challenging the Chimp-Pansy's certification in any way. Rather then agree with Dem's and acknowledge the need for reform, the GOP chose to shit all over America's right to vote. In doing that, they just signed their political death warrant.

LETS MAKE IT HAPPEN.

7. They are the fascist party
And the Democratic reps and senators are, for the most part, fascist lite.

9. The best part is that it was
dropped squarely into their own laps. I am listening now with disgust at Bob Ney of Ohio. It's too painful for them he says. It's a sad day in the history of this nation,he says.

Idiots R us. What a fucking nerve, from the lot of them. The congress is supposed to represent the people of this country. And the other side treats it like an annoyance, like an imposition in their day.

I cannot say enough about this. Except to thank DU for letting me vent. My domestic partner is not a particularly political person, so I am sure he is tired of hearing about this debacle. .

Remember John Conyers said that from now on we will be heard. Thank you ever so Mr. Conyers, Barbara Boxer, Stephanie Tubbs-Jones, Sheila Jackson Lee,(oops I just heard from Tom Reynolds it is a sad day).,now I cannot write anymore because this is so unfair.

Just consider this the beginning. I listened to this this afternoon, and it's even more compelling this time around. I hope sincerly that no one will give up.

I certainly never will. History was made today.

13. We will be heard. The GOPhascist's can no longer hide their stealing
truth behind Rove's conspiracy theory line. Those that deny a public forum on voters rights in a safe forum for the incumbent are telling everyone threw denial and mockery that they, the GOPhascists indeed stole it and DON'T GIVE A SHIT about DEMOCRACY.

15. Not the Democrats though...

Did you see the CBC, and then the Hispanic Caucus, and congresswoman, after congresswoman, after congresswoman... It really was the "New Democrats". The Republicans looked like a Klan meeting in comparison.

16. So did the Dems
Did a single Senator vote for Boxer's motion?
For all the nicey-nice words - it was an orchestrated show to put us all back to sleep - albeit patting ourselves on our backs for having finally let "them" know who really holds the power. Bet all those leeches sucking at the Congressional trough (for life, mind you) went into their back rooms and laughed themselves sick.
