"Selection 2004" effect: Evan Bayh the front-runner for the DNC in 2008
Hey, why not. The Democrats are so good at bending over and have accepted thieves in the White House for the last 4 years?

Why not to run with a guy that thinks exactly like "*"?

Bayh is "my man"...

I want to steal...I mean "win" one too!

* Disclaimer: I have to commend again Barbara Boxer. What a lady!

1. 2 more effects, with the support of the Democrats
Edited on Thu Jan-06-05 11:25 PM by RaulVB
The US Constitution is modified and "*" can steal a third term and foreign born US citizens are allowed to become President, thus "Ahnold" is in the White House by 2012.

Both with the warm suppport and applause of the Democratic "leadership"...

3. He talks exactly like Bill Frist.
"*" is the President...

We, as good Americans, have to support the President.

Hussein had WMDs...

Support our troops...

9. You have to listen to the guy talking!
Once, I had the "luck" to catch him talking with...ALAN COLMES, the "Fox News pseudo-Democrat."

Even Colmes was angry at Bayh for the things he was saying!!!

Bayh is an Indiana "Democratic" Senator. I guess he thinks the only way to get elected in Indiana is to talk "rethug."

11. Hmmmm...
Dosn't sound like the sort of "Repub Lite" attitude I'd want to see from a Dem.

6. Where was Bayh today?
I wrote him this week and he responded

Thank you for contacting me with information on possible
voting irregularities. I appreciate you bringing this matter to my
attention.

It may interest you to know that on November 5, 2004, several
members of the House of Representatives sent a letter to the U.S.
General Accountability Office (GAO) requesting an investigation into
alleged voting irregularities and voter disenfranchisement. The members
asked the GAO to "immediately undertake an investigation of the
efficacy of voting machines and new technologies used in the 2004
election, how election officials responded to difficulties they
encountered and what we can do in the future to improve our election
systems and administration." The letter specifically requests
investigations be undertaken in Ohio, Florida, North Carolina, and
California, but does not limit the investigation to those states. The GAO
has stated that it intends to release a report on electronic voting during
the 2004 Election in the near future.

There have been no hearings on this matter scheduled before
Congress at this time. Please be assured that I will keep your concerns
in mind, should this issue come before the Senate.

Best wishes

Evan Bayh
United States Senator

He said, "Please be assured that I will keep your concerns
in mind, should this issue come before the Senate." Today, thanks to Boxer it came before Senate....where the heck was Bayh? Thank goodness that some of the Dems kept my concerns in mind....my Senator sure didn't!

10. He's my senator too...
I wrote to ask why he was listed as "not voting" (Lugar too) and to say that I was disappointed that he did not stand with Senator Boxer.
I had written him earlier and got a response similar to yours.
