You now need to fill out a new election fraud complaint form locally at your precint.

2. Very TRUE. Which one propose for hand counting???

Verified paper trial alone is not enough if the E voting cannot detect hacking and malwares, and never will be or will intend to do so. The computers can fool us with very good looking paper trials.
