What if ...
The Republicans had to fear the possibility of the next election being hacked by the Democrats? What type of election reform would they then be in favor of? Is this the only way to motivate a change within a self serving Republican controlled Congress? Fear for themselves?

2. theoretically, we should be able to out-hack them
since more liberals know how to read than repubs.
