researchers at Nashville conference-strong case Kerry won Ohio
A combination of documenation and analysis by researchers at the Nashville Conference on 2004 Election Irregularities makes a strong case that Kerry won Ohio, and the national election:

1. Agreement among research on Florida at conference- too close to call
The major research on the Florida 2004 election and exit poll data were all very consistent in their results, indicating that the election in Florida was a dead heat that was too close to call. And that Florida had the biggest swing and most irregularities, touch screen swtiching, and systematic dirty tricks reported by voters to election day hotlines.

2. Florida -
"And that Florida had the biggest swing and most irregularities, touch screen switching, and systematic dirty tricks reported by voters to election day hotlines.

That alone says something.

Even if the race was really close, which it may have been, that statement alone tells me that I cannot on blind faith, trust that the reported result was accurate. Even those who insist they do not think the election was stolen have at least stated that they do believe there were many irregularities, glitches, and problems. This makes it difficult to trust the election result, especially in a close race as this one was.

Whether or not you believe the election was deliberately stolen, or you are just unsatisfied with the irregularities in general, I think we can all agree, the system is a mess.

3. I don't think the public & media are aware of the strong case that
Kerry appears to have won Ohio and the national total by a significant margin

10. That is why it was so...
...vitally important that our guy hung around to challenge the results. Instead he quit and went home. Un-fucking-believable.

6. What happened to the 58,000 absentee ballots that got lost in the mail
in Broward County. How do that many ballots intended for mostly Dems get lost by the government. Banana Republic?

11. the post office says they never got them
Edited on Wed Apr-13-05 11:36 PM by berniew1
someone is wrong

who do you think it is?
the new SOE appointed by Jeb in the biggest Dem county just before the election or the Post Office?
someone should find out?

but similar happened in Miami-Dade also
of course the appointed SOE there lost her job for other
"touch screen unreliability" problems

but not clear it was her fault or that she was the main problem

lots of political players there
