Letter from Cameron Kerry
I am grateful to the many people who have contacted me to express their
deep concern about questions of miscounting, fraud, vote suppression, and
other problems on election day, especially in Florida and Ohio. Their
concern reflects how much people care about the outcome of this election.
I want to you to know we are not ignoring it. Election protection lawyers
are still on the job in Ohio and Florida and in DC making sure all the
votes are counted accurately. I have been conferring with lawyers
involved and have made them aware of the information and concerns people
have given me. Even if the facts don't provide a basis to change the
outcome, the information will inform the continuing effort to protect the
integrity of our elections.

If you have specific factual information about voting problems that could
be helpful to the lawyers doing their job, please send it to vri@dnc.org
rather than to me.

The election protection effort has been important to me personally, and I
am proud of the 17,000 lawyers around the country who helped. It's
obvious that we have a way to go still, but their efforts helped make a
difference. Their work goes on.

Thank you,

Cam Kerry

5. Riddle me this:
If we do not address the manifold issues that have revealed themselves, regarding the overall integrity of the voting proces, especially as regards the electronic voting instrumentalities, do you seriously think that any amount of moving forward will make a dingleberry's worth of difference?

6. Forward into what?
If there were problems with tallying the votes this time, it may not matter who our candidates are or what issues we talk about in the future. The votes will be incorrectly tabulated the next time, and the next time, and so on.

Regardless if fraud cost Kerry the election, we must fight for meaningful election standards or else future battles are for naught.

By the way, welcome to DU.

9. Why should we accept the unelected Bush for 4 more years?
Think of us please. We are Americans and we have rights and we did not vote for Bush. Why should we allow "It" to have the right to change all of our laws to what he believes in and rewrite the constitution?

Why should we be forced into accepting the Right Wing Senators, Congressman and Bush as being our elected officials who will be in charge of our country over the next 4 years.

The USA and our voting system is a disgrace right now and if we can prove the fraud that went off then we should be able to put some people in jail and remove and yes i said REMOVE the unelected fake cowboy jerk from office.

I will not stop until I see the Bush Crime family go down as the crookedest family in the history of the USA.

I am sick of THEIR political views being forced upon the American people and I am sick of the Bush Crime families greed.

Do you honestly think that we should accept "It" as the Commander in Thief for the next 4 years? Should we allow the maniac to invade several other countries and kill their entire population off as well?

I am sick of being forced into accepting a POS as my leader.

If we find proof that the election was stolen and it was. I want "It" removed from the Whitehouse and I also want the Senators and Congressmen removed as well that were elected by diebold and electronic scanners.

11. Even if it doesn't get Kerry in the White House
The truth of the legitimacy of the election and the "mandate" should be known. We need to make it as hard as possible to repeat. I love Sen. Kerry, but this is less about him and more about future elections.

Actually, having him remove himself from the situation helps to make that case. This isn't about spoiling THIS election. It's about preventing the same thing in future elections.

(I was also glad to see the evil genius say this is his last presidential election. I hope so. God, I hope so. That can only help the cause of free elections.)
