2004 Paper Ballots Can Still Be Counted
Edited on Tue Aug-02-05 12:17 AM by adolfo
The ballots for 2004 Election are still being held as required by Federal law. That means they are sitting in SOE warehouses gathering dust.

As part of public records, ballots are accessible to the public under various “Sunshine Laws”. All it requires is a simple request. Some states charge a fee and some do not. As far as I know Ohio is FREE as $0 and Florida counties charge differently.

So if you feel like investigating your area it may be easier than you think.

1. It's ironic you should post this .
I just called my Secretary of State's office yesterday to inquire as to what has happened to the optical scan ballots from last fall. I'm waiting for a call back so thanks for the info.

Though my state is deeply blue, Kerry's polling the day before the election was 10% higher than his vote count. Somehing's fishy for sure.

4. Are you in Pennsylvania?
I think those states, that had huge leads for Kerry (although I'm not sure PA did, but it seems the exit polls showed that, if my memory serves), is where they probably took a good portion of those 4 million votes. Where it didn't necessarily change the outcome, but did change the popular vote.

with 2 locks on the doors, supposed to take a Democrat key and a Republican key to open.....of course, it was discovered during the recount, the Republican key unlocks both locks.
